Inclusive Fiction, Told with Heart

The books published under Eck-Schoe are stories of connection, identity, and love. We write them to be emotional and authentic.

At the heart of this work is the Love. Outside the Box series: closed-door romantic comedies that feature autistic characters and the people who love them, offering uplifting, character-driven narratives without preaching or sensationalism.

Whether part of that series or exploring new worlds and themes, each book is crafted with care, authenticity, and respect for everyone’s unique human experience, especially those on the autism spectrum. We invite readers into stories where every voice has space to be seen, valued, and understood.

“I LOVE the characters and how they are portrayed. I actually really appreciated the subtlety of sensory needs and the hints to common characteristics of ASD – but not in a negative light. This is not something easy to translate but it seems to be so flawlessly woven into the story that I found myself nodding and loving the different strategies and approaches that were used that had such positive effects!”
